For the past 12 years, I’ve been the humor columnist for Seasons, a quarterly magazine with a readership of about 200,000 in Connecticut.
Twelve years is a long time to do anything — said the man who has written a blog post for 20 consecutive years and taught at the same school for the past 27 years — but still, until I just looked, I had no idea how long it had been.
You’d think that after a dozen years, it would be hard to find something funny to say about winter, spring, summer, and fall, but no, thankfully, something new always comes to mind.
This most recent column, which you can read here, addresses the seasonal inequities of birthdays.
Those of you with winter birthdays will especially appreciate my words.
Enjoy!
