Am I the only one who finds it a little too convenient that the acronym of seasonal affective disorder is SAD?

In mentioning this to my wife today, she said, “Doesn’t everyone suffer from seasonal affective disorder? Everyone gets depressed when they are deprived of sunlight and are forced to trek through the cold and the rain and the snow and the muck for days and day.”

With all deference to those who suffer from this condition, it’s a fine point.
