If you spent any portion of the holidays in discomfort because of a visit (or missed visit) with your parents, perhaps this will make you feel better:
A judge in Michigan has ruled that a 42-year-old man can move forward in his suit against his parents for the destruction of his collection of pornography.
David Werking, who was living with his parents following a divorce, alleges that his collection – 12 full boxes of pornography containing 1,600 DVDs and tapes — were destroyed in April 2019 after his parents were unwilling to assist in moving the trove across state lines and no longer desired to keep the items in their home.
Think your family can be annoying or strange or difficult?
Perspective can be quite instructive.
