Well it would apper that, if I am reading this correctly, they are saying that the speedometer is monitored by a built in GPS system and they either can not or will not go over a posted speed limit. Tailgating is when the person behind you is driving less than one car length behind you. Which is incredibly unsafe as this severely limits the reaction time of both drivers should an issue or error occur while driving. I don’t even have a driver’s license, these things are reading, thinking rationally and common sense.
